Abstract: Puts forward a pipeline oil transport price model based on an economic analysis on oil transported by pipeline and make use of a price theory from western economics.Characteristics of the model shows; (1) enjoys market entering right approved by government and accepts price control from government; (2) distinguishes capital formation and reflects debt capital service and equity capital pay-off; (3) takes currency inflation into account and realizes capital fund security; (4) considers capital debt's attribution and realizes equivalent capital getting equivalent profit.Introduces operational practice of the pipeline oil transport price model.
