摘要: 输油库区锅炉蒸汽凝结水的回收, 由于各种技术原因, 其效果一直不理想, 凝结水中含油量大大超过规定标准(5mg/L), 因此无法利用, 只能就地排放, 造成浪费。随着大罐修理工程项目的完成, 对油罐的加热器和外输换热器进行了改进, 同时又采取了一些技术措施, 使凝结水回收获得成功。库区每年回收蒸汽凝结水4×104t, 年节水量5.6×104t, 年节电2.8×104kW·h, 节油377.34t/a, 经济效益可观。Abstract: Result of recovery of vapor condensate water from boiler at oil transport tank farm has been unsatisfied due to many technical reasons.Oil content in condensate water exceeds specified standard (5 mg/L) greatly.It can not be utilized consequently and have to be drained locally, which brings about energy waste.Along with a completion of tank repairing engineering project, reforming is taken to oil tank's heater and exporting heat exchanger and several technical measures are taken at the same time, which makes the recovery of condensate water successful.The vapor condensate water recovered at tank farm every year amounts to 4×104 t, water saving volume per year is 5.6 × 104 t, power saving 2.8×104 kW·h per year and oil saving 377.34 t/a.It creates significant economic benefit.
