Development in study on frictional resistance coefficient of gas transmission pipeline

  • 摘要: 列出了国内外公开发表或已进入现场应用的紊流摩阻系数计算公式, 总结出研究摩阻系数、雷诺数与粗糙度关系式的几种实用方法, 并通过理论推导和四川油田现场数据得出分别适用于光滑管、部分粗糙管和完全粗糙管的摩阻系数计算公式。用另外测量的现场数据比较这些公式与Panhandle公式的精度, 结果表明, 前者比后者的平均误差至少小9%。

     

    Abstract: Lists calculation formulae of turbulent frictional resistance coefficient issued publicly at home and abroad and applied at field, summarizes several methods studying relational expressions among frictional resistance coefficient, Reynolds number and roughness, and gets calculation formulae of frictional resistance coefficient applicable for individual smooth pipe, partial-rough pipe and full-rough pipe by means of theoretical derivation and field data from Sichuan Oil Field.In accuracy comparison of these formulae to Panhandle formula with field data measured additionally, result shows that average error between the formerand the latter lies less than 9% at least.
