  • 摘要: 在导热油的使用中如何降低成本, 避免浪费, 是一个值得研究的问题。利用不同品牌导热油搀混使用, 不失为一种降低成本的方法。分析了导热油搀混使用的可能性, 并在实验室内进行了合成型导热油和矿油型导热油搀混使用试验。指出不同品牌的导热油, 只要化学成分相近, 添加剂之间无对抗作用就可以相互搀混; 同时提出混合油的理化性质估算方法。

     

    Abstract: How to reduce cost and prevent waste in using heat conducting oil is a question valuable to be discussed. Using blended heat conducting oil of different quality is really a good method for cost reducing. Analyzes a using possibility of blended heat conducting oil and carries out blending test of heat conducting oil in synthetic and mineral oil types. Points out that heat conducting oils of different quality can be blended used if they have approximate chemical composition and no responsive action between additives, and meanwhile, puts forward an estimate method on physical property of the blended oil.
