Energy saving and consumption cut-down at a combined station in later stage of oil field production

  • 摘要: 通过对胜利油田某联合站几年来能耗统计数据的分析, 实地测试各种用能设备, 运用热力学与传热学有关知识分析计算, 找出了油田进入高含水阶段联合站能耗大幅度增加的原因, 主要有以下几个方面: 一是原加热原油脱水工艺不合理; 二是加热炉热效率偏低; 三是一次沉降油罐不保温造成大量热能损失; 四是原油外输泵、脱水泵等系统运行效率太低。并在此基础上提出了改进原脱水工艺、对沉降罐进行保温以及在油水泵上使用变频调速装置等节能降耗措施, 以便达到节能降耗的目的。

     

    Abstract: By analyzing statistic data in several years of a combined station in Shengli Oil Field, testing various usable equipment on - the - spot, analyzing and calculating by utilizing relative knowledge concerning thermodynamics and heat transfer, find out the reason of big increasing in energy consumption in oil field's high water - cut period, mainly including following aspects : 1) unreasonable dehydrating process of original heating crude oil; 2) lower heat efficiency of heater; 3) large amount of heat loss resulting from uninsulation of the primary settling tank; 4) lower operation efficiency of crude oil out-transfer pump and dehydrating pump systems. Based on these, take energy saving and consumption cut - down measures for improving the original dehydrating process, insulating settling tank, using variable frequency and variable speed unit on oil - water pump to achieve the objective of energy saving and consumption cut-down.
