Development and application of compound sacrificial anode

  • 摘要: 复合式牺牲阳极是牺牲阳极家族中的新成品, 由镁包锌构成, 利用镁阳极的高驱动电位来满足管道初始阴极极化大电流的要求, 再利用锌阳极的高电流效率来达到延长使用寿命的目的。通过对复合式牺牲阳极埋地运行参数的测试表明, 管道保护电位达-1.4 V, 阳极开路电位在-1.5 V以上, 是非常理想的镁阳极电位, 其应用效果优于镁锌混合式方法, 具有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Compound sacrificial anode is a new product in sacrificial anode family and constituted by magnesium covered zinc. Utilizes magnesium's high driven current potential to meet the requirement of pipeline's initial cathodic polarization current and the high current efficiency to achieve the objective of extended operation life span. Shown from test of operation parameters on buried compound sacrificial anodes, pipeline protective potential is -1.4V and anode opened-circuit is over 1.5 V. It is a much ideal magnesium anode potential, application result is better than that of magnesium-zinc combined method and will has a broad applicable perspect.
