Abstract: The effect of control rolling will be reduced evidently when the control-rolled steel is heated to a certain temperature and its original properties will be unlikely maintained. Discusses the research situation in bend pipe making from control-rolled steel pipe. Sets up a heating system and bending process by lab test. And resulting from productive test and verification in manufacturer, 2 800 and more bend pipes are produced for Shaanjing Gas Pipeline Project, which meets the requirement of pipeline construction.
