穿越公路及铁路埋地管道的设计计算

Design calculation for buried road & railway crossing pipelines

  • 摘要: 穿越公路、铁路埋地管道的结构型式为有套管和无套管两种。详细讨论了这两种型式管道的强度、刚度和稳定性问题, 给出了计算公式及参数取值, 在强度和钢度的验算方面提出了新看法。通过实例分析, 认为穿越钢管道在满足规范要求最小壁厚限制时, 通常不会发生横截面的弹性失稳, 即刚度控制的实质为强度控制。

     

    Abstract: There are two structural types of buried road & railway crossing pipelines: with casing and without casing. Discusses problems of strength, stiffness and stability of both types of pipelines. Gives a calculation formula and parameter values, and puts forward a new viewpoint on examination of strength and stiffness. It is thought through actual case analysis that elastic unstability of crossing section is unlikely to occur in crossing steel pipelines when conformable with minimum wall thickness limit as per specification requirement.
