Abstract: To counter liquid-gas lifting methods, gives a mechanical calculation model on oil tank lifting in different settlement and foundation treatment, makes a strength calculation to oil tank wall, fillet weld and bottom plate applying mechanical method and plate shell theory. Gives calculation formulae of displacement and inner force, and makes case calculation.
