  • 摘要: 在加剂输送管道中, 油样为密闭带压输送。在非密闭状态下进行长时间加剂原油管输模拟试验时, 轻组分会挥发, 分析了轻组分挥发对加剂混合原油低温粘度及原油凝点的影响, 轻组分的挥发加剧了中低速剪切作用的影响, 即掺入适当轻质油可进一步改善加剂原油的耐剪切性能。因此, 在进行慢速降温的管流剪切模拟试验时, 应使用密闭耐压罐。

     

    Abstract: In actual depressant crude pipeline transportation, a crude sample is transported in tight line with pressure. In simulation test of depressant crude pipeline transportation in non -tight line state for a long time, there exists a phenomenon of light component volatilization. Analyzes the influence of light component volatilization on low temperature viscosity and crude pour point of depressant crude. Volatilization of light component sharpens the affect of medium and low viscosity shear action, that is adding proper amount of light oil can improve anti-shear property of depressant crude. Therefore, tight pressure tanks shall be used in simulation test of pipeline flow shear during slow drop in temperature.
