  • 摘要: 随着油品牌号的增加, 油罐的数量也随之增加, 需要占用更多的土地, 在节约占地面积, 进行合理平面布置的基础上, 提出立式金属分割油罐的设计方案。在进行试水试验时, 因部分割板和罐外壁变形、壁板加强筋和拉杆产生应力荷载等原因使该方案不理想, 存在利用率低、计量不准确、内部泄漏等问题, 通过采取罐中罐分割罐形式, 能克服以上不足, 使分割油罐设计方案能更好地推广应用。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing of oil product's class, quantity of oil tank is increasing, thus more land is required. The article puts forward a plan for design segmented vertical metal oil tank to save land area on the base of reasonable layout. During hydraulic test, stress loads generated from inner split plate, outer wall deformation, wall plate reinforced bar and tension bar made the plan unsatisfied. There exists such problems as low utilization, inaccurate metering and inner leakage. Thses shortcomings can be overcome by means of adopting segmented tank in tank form so as to make the segmented oil tank design plan more applicable.
