  • 摘要: 在热油管道预热投产和停输再启动过程中, 为了保证管道安全生产, 常常需要对管道周围土壤温度场进行监测。探针法具有不需要预埋测温元件、不破坏管道周围土壤的原有状态和土壤中已建立的温度场等优点, 是一种方便、快捷的土壤温度场测试方法。在东黄复线、东临线和中洛线上进行的7次现场测温应用表明, 该方法测试结果可靠, 测温精度能够满足工程要求, 不仅可用于埋地热油管道周围土壤温度场测试, 也可用于输油站上管道埋深处自然地温的测量。

     

    Abstract: During the period of preheating commissioning and start-up after shutdown of a heated oil pipeline, temperature field monitoring of the soil around the buried pipeline is performed usually. Probe method is a kind of convenient and quick soil temperature field measuring method with the superiority of not destroying the original statue of the soil around the pipeline and the temperature field established in soil. Seven on-site temperature measuring applications in Donghuang Loop Pipeline, Dongling Pipeline and Zhongluo Pipeline show that the results from measurement are reliable and temperature measuring accuracy conforms to engineering requirement. It can be used not only in temperature measurement of the soil around buried heated pipeline, but also in natural ground temperature measurement of deep buried pipeline at oil transport station.
