Abstract: With quickly developed telecommunication industry at home and aboard, the present situation of special pipeline telecommunication network represents: first, untimely planning, second, indiversif ied type of business, and third, closed and backward. Puts forward three opinions (l)Make Ninth Five Planning. Combined with the constitution of network topology for special pipeline telecommunication network, determine transfer technology system for newly build long distance trunk line and business type, plan user's network construction properly. (2)Regulate partial existing long distance line. (3)Participate in market competition actively.
