Prediction and judgement to the corrosion of the equipment in oil & gas field with artificial nerve net

  • 摘要: 利用人工神经网络理论, 采用BP网络对油气管道及设备进行评判和预测, 避开了寻找各种因素对其腐蚀性影响规律的难题, 准确地预测和判断油气管道及设备腐蚀情况。通过在中国石油天然气华北油田某管道的腐蚀情况分析中应用该理论, 证明人工神经网络能够成功地预测和评判油气田管道及设备腐蚀。

     

    Abstract: Utilizing a theory of artificial nerve net and BP net to predict and judge oil & gas pipeline and equipment can avoid the problem of finding various factors regularly effecting on their corrosion and predict and judge corrosion statue on each oil & gas pipeline and equipment. When the theory is applied in analysis of a pipeline's corrosion statue in China petroleum Huabei oil field, it is shown that the artificial nerve net can successfully predict and judge the corrosion of pipeline in oil & gas field and equipment.
