  • 摘要: 对格拉输油管道一段悬空管道进行改线, 由于未预先订购特定角度的弯头, 给两端新旧管道实现光滑过渡碰头焊接造成困难。新管道采取清水高压试验密封性、耐压性之后未把水排空, 致使冬季管道中存水结冰, 将管道胀裂, 既降低了新管道的技术性能又造成管道通油试压严重跑油。针对以上不足采取措施, 实现管道两端碰头光滑过渡, 保证了管道试压成功, 使格拉输油管道新旧管道顺利改线。

     

    Abstract: Changed a suspension line segment in Gela oil pipeline.As didn't order a kind of special angle bend in advance, makes the tie-in welding between new and old pipe ends difficult to realize smooth transition.Because the new pipeline is not drained out of the water completely after hydraulic test to high pressure with clear water for its leakproofness and pressure tightness, the water remained inside the pipeline froze in winter and made the pipeline rupture by expansion, which both reduces the technical property of the new pipeline and makes it leaking in pipeline test with oil.In light of the above shortcomings, suitable measures are taken, which make the ends tie-in realize smooth transition, ensure pipeline's hydraulic test successfully and make the line change from old one to new one smooth.
