Testing research on explosive cutting of oil transporting pipeline

  • 摘要: 目前国内采用的自爬式切管机在切割钢管时, 对内壁带油管道的切割速度太慢, 不适应大量拆除报废的石油管道的需要。新研制的爆破切割技术可提高切管速度20倍, 降低切管费用5倍以上, 且安全可靠。介绍了爆破切割管道的基本原理和爆破切割装置的研制试验情况。该装置更适合于拆除较长距离的埋地原油废管道, 且效率较高。

     

    Abstract: The self-crawl pipe cutter used domestically at present is incompatible with the requirement of dismantling large amount of abandoned oil pipeline due to its slow cutting speed for the one with oily internal pipe wall. The newly developed explosive cutting technology can increase cutting speed by 20 times, reduce pipe cutting cost by over 5 times. The article introduces a basic principle of pipeline explosive cutting, developing and test of the explosive cutting unit. It is most applicable for dismantling abandoned, long distance buried crude oil pipeline efficiently.
