  • 摘要: 介绍了管道自动焊焊接的工作原理、工艺流程、设备配置, 以及管道自动焊在世界范围内的应用情况, 同时指出在长距离、大口径、厚壁管道的建设中, 延用传统的手工焊难以适应管道建设高速度、高质量的要求。管道建设队伍要走出国门, 寻求合作, 开拓国际市场, 参与国际管道建设的竞争, 必须具有先进的施工工艺和设备, 更新传统的焊接工艺。

     

    Abstract: Introduces working principle, process flow and equipment arrangement of pipeline automatic welding and application condition of it internationally. It points out that traditional manual welding is incompatible with the requirements of high speed and quality in the construction of long distance, large diameter and heavy wall pipeline. Advanced construction process and equipment must be provided and traditional welding process shall be renewed for pipeline construction companies if they want to go aboard to seek for cooperation, open up international market and take part in international pipeline competition.
