CZ3复合缓蚀剂的研制与应用

Development and application of CZ3 compound corrosion inhibitor

  • 摘要: 为了解决磨溪气田的腐蚀问题, 研制出了油溶性成膜缓蚀剂CZ3-1与水溶性挥发性缓蚀剂CZ3-3, 并将其复配使用。在室内进行了常压、80℃静态试验和高压、80℃静态试验, 评价了CZ3-1和CZ3-3复合使用对含硫化氢(H2S)、二氧化碳(CO2)、Cl-及高矿化度等腐蚀介质的缓蚀作用。在现场试验中采用了加拿大卡普罗克(Caproco)腐蚀监测系统, 考察了CZ3-1和CZ3-3复合使用时对气井地下管串及井口设施的缓蚀效果。室内评价及现场监测均表明该复合缓蚀剂缓蚀效果良好, 在磨溪气田已全面推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Oil-solubility film inhibitor CZ3-1 and water -solubility volatile inhibitor CZ3-3 are developed and are used in combination to solve the corrosion problem at Moxi gas field. Indoor atmospheric, 80# static test and high pressure, 80# static test are carried out to evaluate the corrosion control effect of CZ3-1 and CZ3-3's combined action on the corrosive media such as H2S, CO2, C1- and high salinity. Caproco corrosion detection system made in Canada has been used in field test to investigate corrosion control efficiency of CZ3-1 and CZ3-3 when used in combination to the underground pipes in gas well and well head facilities. Through indoor evaluation and field detection, it is stated clearly that the compound inhibitors have good corrosion control efficiency and thus have been fully introduced in Moxi gas field.
