庆铁线输油管道系统稳态工况的最优化
Optimization for steady-state operating condition of Qing-Tie oil pipeline system

摘要: 大庆至铁岭双线输油管道已进行了大规模的技术改造, 对改造后的运行提出了最优化问题。通过分析管道系统结构及稳态运行方案的逻辑结构, 认为可将该系统稳态工况最优化问题分解为输油温度最优化和泵管匹配最优化两个可顺序求解的子问题。介绍了两个子问题的数学模型和算法, 以及实际应用情况。该方法对其它大型工业系统的优化具有一定的启发性和参考价值。Abstract: Optimization problem in operation has been put forward for Daqing-Tieling oil loop pipeline which undertook large-scaled technical transformation. By analyzing pipeline's system structure and logical structure of steady-state operating plan, it is thought that optimization problem for steady-state operating condition can be decomposed into two sub-problems which can be resolved in sequence-oil transporting temperature optimization and pump pipe matching optimization. The article introduces a mathematics model and calculation method of these two problems and actual application practice. The method has a certain enlightening and reference value for optimization of other large-scaled industrial system.
