Analysis on cold cracking tendency for girth weld of X65 steel pipe and protective measures

  • 摘要: 许多焊接结构的破坏事故都是以裂纹为起点,而钢材的淬硬组织、焊接拘束应力和氢的扩散聚集是导致X65钢管道环焊缝冷裂产生的根本原因。通过对X65钢焊接冷裂敏感性的分析,提出相应的预防措施,以保障管道的安全运行。

     

    Abstract: Many damage accidents occurred on weld structure have been resulted from cracking and hardened texture of steel material, welding stress and diffusive accumulation of oxygen are basic reasons for generating cold cracking occurred in girth welds of X65 steel pipeline. By analyzing cold cracking sensitivity on X65 steel pipe's weld, puts forward corresponding protective measures to guarantee safety operation of pipelines.
