5000kW加热炉的特点及存在的问题

Characteristics and existing problems in 5 000kV heater

  • 摘要: 在输油泵站上安装5 000 kW加热炉后,节能效果显著。该加热炉采用轻型炉衬结构,具有负荷升降迅速等优点,加热炉还采用了外混式双气道气动雾化燃烧器,其性能优越,能够实现长期平稳运行。5 000 kW加热炉与其它加热炉相比,操作简单、维修方便,采用计算机控制系统,使加热炉更加安全可靠。文中指出了5 000 kW加热炉的自控系统在计算机、仪表、软件、控制方案等方面还存在一些不足,并提出了改进措施。该炉在鲁宁线聊城、临邑、睢宁泵站上经过三年多的试运行,技术状况良好。

     

    Abstract: After installation of 5 000kV heater in oil transporting pipeline, evident result is get in energy saving. This kind of heater uses light furnace lining structure and has the advantage of promptly decreasing or rising of load. Pneumatic atomizing burner of external mixing and double air piping, with superior property, is used in the heater, which can make the operation stable. Compared with other heaters, the 5 000kV heater has the advantage of simple operation and convenient repairing. Furthermore, combining with computer control system makes it more safety and reliable. The article points out the disadvantages existed in automatic control system as instrument, software and control plan of the 5 000kV heater and puts forward improving measures. The heater has been used for commissioning in the pumping stations of Liao Cheng, Lin Yi and Ji Ning over Lu Ning pipeline for more than three years and shown a good technical status.
