  • 摘要: 通过研究腰轮流量计的原理及元件性能,对腰轮作用名称提出新的见解。运用实践经验,重新确认腰轮流量计滑流量的问题。在泄漏检测中,采用瞬时流量五次平均值法,以消除流量计重复性所造成的误差,提高管道泄漏检测灵敏度。运用流量计系数修正瞬时流量与累积流量误差,能显著提高管道泄漏检测定位精度。

     

    Abstract: By studying the principle of lobed rotor meter and its elements' properties, puts forward a new view for the role name of lobed rotor and confirms flow problem of lobed rotor meter again applying practice and experience. In leakage detection practice, quintic average value method of transient flow is used to eliminate the deviation caused by repeated metering so as to increase the sensitivity in pipeline leakage detection. Revising the error between transient flow and integrated flow with flow coefficient can increase positioning accuracy in pipeline leakage detection evidently.
