Abstract: In oil metering, it is required to strengthen the understanding of oil dynamic metering acknowledge to cope up with the requirement of international petroleum business. The article introduces essential acknowledges of oil dynamic metering and relative international standards by setting forth revising factors on oil physical properties, pressure and temperature, measuring method and calculation sequence.
