  • 摘要: 气体流速大小对气田的腐蚀有重要影响。采用雷诺准数Re判断了磨溪气田的气体流动类型,分析了气体临界流速,它是表征流体携带腐蚀产物能力大小的参数。磨溪气田的集输设备内气体流速都小于1.5 m/s,因此导致局部腐蚀严重。当气体中有液体存在时,只有能使流体在管道设备内呈雾状流动的流速才对管道设备的防腐最有利。同时雾状加注缓蚀剂能使缓蚀剂扩散均匀,提高缓蚀效率。

     

    Abstract: Flow velocity of gas has a significant influence on the corrosion of gas field. The article Judges the type of gas flow in Mo Xi gas field using Reynold criterion number and analyzes critical flow velocity of gas, which is the coefficient representing the capacity of the corrosive matter carried by fluid. The flow velocity of gas inside the gathering equipment in Mo Xin gas field is less than 1.5m/s, which is the real reason resulting in serious partial corrosion. If there is liquid existing in gas, only the fluid's flow velocity assuming mist flow in pipeline equipment is favorite to the corrosion protection of the equipment. Meanwhile mist flow combined with corrosion inhibitor will make the corrosion inhibitor diffuse evenly, thus increases corrosion control efficiency.
