摘要: 在一条直径为50.8 mm、长370 m的水平管上做了空气—水两相流瞬态试验, 通过改变气速和水速, 使其从一个平衡状态转变到另一个平衡状态。说明了在瞬变阶段观察到的流型, 并将试验得到的数据与现在的瞬态流方法相比较, 从而评估此方法的正确性。根据不同流型提出计算两相流瞬变特性的简化公式以此预测管内气液分布瞬变特性。公式中假设了气体准稳态流动和局部动量平衡。这一方法对由水平、上倾、下倾管段组成的管道系统都适用。Abstract: Test on air-water two-phase flow in transient state has been carried out in a horizontal pipe 50. 8 mm in diameter and 370 m in length. By changing air and water velocity, make it change from one balance state to another. It shows a flow pattern observed in transient state period. Comparing the data get from test with a transient state method in present we can evaluate the correction of the method. Make a simplified solution calculating two-phase flow transient state property according to different flow pattern and then forecast transient property of air-water distribution in pipe. The equation assumes an air's sub -steady state flow and partial dynamic balance. The method is applicable to the pipeline system constituted with horizontal, up dip or down dip pipe sections.
