  • 摘要: 对离心泵在储运油料过程中的运行工况点进行了分析, 指出离心泵的运行工况点是由泵本身的性能曲线和装置阻力曲线共同决定的, 所输介质的粘度及是否含有固定颗粒或杂质等都会给泵的运行造成影响。给出了这些影响因素与离心泵性能及装置阻力曲线的关系, 推荐了对运行工况点的确定方法, 为合理选用离心泵及装置设计提供了参考, 为泵的高效可靠运行提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: Analyzes a running work condition of centrifugal pumps during oil storage and transportation and points out that the property curve of pump itself combined with equipment's resistance curve determines running work condition of centrifugal pumps, and both viscosity of medium transported and solid grains or foreign matters existed would affect the running of the pump. Gives the relation of these effective factors with centrifugal pump's property and equipment's resistance curve, recommends a method determining running work condition point. All of these provide reference for reasonable selection of centrifugal pump and design of equipment, and provide a base for pump's highly efficient and reliable operation.
