“管中管”埋地管道的腐蚀分析及防腐措施

Analysis and measures taken for the corrosion of "pipe in pipe" buried pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对“管中管”管道的现场调查和室内分析, 发现管体腐蚀主要是由保温层内进水致使电化学腐蚀引起的。保温层内进水达到饱和的管体腐蚀较轻, 保温层半干不湿的管段腐蚀严重。为解决这一问题, 在夹克管内加牺牲阳极能有效地控制腐蚀, 此方案已在胶青线实施8年, 取得了明显的防腐效果。

     

    Abstract: Through field investigation and indoor analysis on "pipe in pipe" pipeline, it is found out that electrochemical corrosion caused by water entering into insulation coating is the major reason for pipe body corrosion. If the water entered into insulation coating reaches saturation, there will be light corrosion in pipe body while the insulation coating showing half-wet and half-dry situation, the corrosion of the section will be serious. In order to solve this problem, sacrificial anode set in jacket pipe will control the corrosion effectively. This scheme has been used in Jiao Qing pipeline for 8 years and has got evident anti-corrosion result.
