Investigation to tube corrosion of heaters in Wei Jing pipeline

  • 摘要: 对加热炉炉管进行了测试, 分析了其炉管腐蚀的原因是高温氧化造成的均匀片状腐蚀和由酸性物沉积造成的局部腐蚀。利用加热炉实测值中的最小值与炉管计算的允许值之差, 确定炉管腐蚀程度。认为酸性腐蚀在加热炉, 特别是在方箱炉中占很大比例。建议加强炉管定期清灰、清焦处理, 对长期停用的炉子进行干法保养, 改善加热炉燃烧性能。

     

    Abstract: Tests the tube of the heater and analyzes the reason of tube's corrosion resulting from high temperature oxidation, in form of homogeneous sheet, and partial corrosion resulting from acidic matter deposition. A difference between a minimum value from heater's actual test value and an allowed value from tube calculation is utilized to determine the degree of tube's corrosion. It is considered that acidic corrosion takes up a great proportion in heaters, especially in square chest furnaces. It is proposed to strengthen regularly dust and coke cleaning treatment, make dry maintenance to the heaters unused for a long time and improve heater's combustion property.
