埋地管道轴向嵌固力对横向位移的影响

Effect of axial build -in force on transversely displacement in buried pipeline

  • 摘要: 由于埋地管道安装铺设时的温度与运行时的温度不同而存在温差, 因此管道受温差和土壤摩阻反力的作用而产生轴向嵌固力。轴向嵌固力对管道的横向位移有一定程度的影响, 但在具体计算时往往被忽略。推导出埋地管道的平衡微分方程, 采用有限差分法分析并计算了轴向嵌固力对管道横向位移的影响。结果表明, 轴向嵌固力的存在, 使得管道的横向位移增大, 特别是对于埋设于软弱地基中的管道, 轴向嵌固力对管道的横向位移影响更加明显。这一结果可为埋地管道的设计提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: As there is a temperature difference existing between installation and operation temperatures of buried pipeline, the pipeline is liable to generate axial build - in force resulting from temperature difference and soil frictional resistance and -force. Axial build-in force does has a certain effect on pipeline's transversely displacement but it is usually to be neglected in concrete calculation. By deriving balanced differential e-quation of buried pipeline, adopt finite difference method to analyze and calculate the effect of axial build-in force on pipeline transversely displacement. Result shows that the axial build - in force existed makes pipeline's transversely displacement increasing, especially for the pipeline buried in soft foundation, the effect of axial build-in force on pipeline's transversely displacement is more evident. This result will provide theoretical reference for the design of buried pipeline.
