  • 摘要: 东北输油管道干线和支线共12条, 分布在东北三省46个市(县)、270多个乡(镇)区域内, 全长约2400km, 建设投产时间大部分都已超过20a, 管道防腐绝缘层的性能有所衰变, 因管道内外腐蚀而漏油的情况时有发生。
