Using drag reducer to raise pipeline energy saving efficciency

  • 摘要: 减少管路阻力, 提高管路效率是泵站节能的重要举措。提高管路效率有两种基本途径, 即添加减阻剂和改善流体运动边界条件。重点介绍了新型减阻剂的性能、特点及其应用, 分析了影响其性能的基本因素及主要优点, 并对管路节能与泵站节能的关系进行了讨论。

     

    Abstract: The important aspect in pumping station's energy saving is to reduce pipeline resistance so as to raise pipeline efficiency. There are two ways for raising pipeline efficiency: adding drag reducer and improving fluid moving boundary condittion. The arlicle gives major introduction to the propertise, charaiteristics and application of a newly developed drag reducer, analyzes basic factors affacting its properties and its main advantages, and discusses the relationship between pipeline energy saving and pumping station energy saving.
