  • 摘要: 陕京输气管道在黄河跨越中采用悬索跨越形式, 钢索采用密封式厚镀锌钢丝索, 可30年不维护, 塔架整体竖起采用先进的连续顶推穿心式千斤顶, 安装采用空中发送方案。重点介绍了空中发送的施工方法及如何选用施工索。通过对比认为, 这次跨越选用空中发送安装施工方法是经济合理的, 建议施工单位选用施工方案时要因地制宜。

     

    Abstract: Suspension crossing has been adopted in Yellow River's crossing of Shanjing Gas Pipeline, with sealed thick-galvanized steel rope, and non-maintenance under 30 a. The tower shall be erected integrally with advanced continues thrust-boring lifting-jack, with air transmission planning adopted in erection. The article gives a introduction stressed on the construction method of air transmission and how to select construe- tion steel rope. It is considered by comparison that the erection and construction method adopted for air transmission in this crossing is reasonable in economic, but selection of this method shall be in line with local Conditions, giving priority to the condition available.
