  • 摘要: 传统涂料在管道内防腐的应用上存在着许多缺陷, 而且内补口问题始终没得到解决。液体性无溶剂涂料是一种高性能、高固体份含量的内防腐专用涂料, 从根本上克服了传统涂料的种种缺陷, 解决了管道内补口问题。介绍了液体性无溶剂涂料的技术关键、研究过程和结果, 以及在油、气田管道内防腐应用上的优势和前景。

     

    Abstract: Traditional coatings have many defects in the application of pipeline internal corrosion protection and the problem of inner joint wrap has not been solved till now. Liquid solvent-free coating is a kind of special coating material for inner corrosion protection with high property and high solid content, with which the defects of traditional coatings can be overcome and that of inner joint wrap can be solved. The article introduces key technologies, study process and result of the coating, and the superiority and prospect of its application for inner corrosion protection in oil and gas field pipelines.
