Cathodic protection and analysis of electrochemical theory on urban buried pipeline

  • 摘要: 城市地下各种管网、电缆纵横交错, 常与地下管道相邻或交叉, 且管道沿线土质情况复杂, 造成较大的宏电池腐蚀。目前对城市埋地管道的防腐采用外防腐层加阴极保护的方法。结合陕京输气管道北京市市内工程的阴极保护设计, 从阴极保护判断准则、牺牲阳极保护方式以及柔性阳极强制电流阴极保护新技术等方面, 围绕一些设计难点展开讨论, 并依据腐蚀电化学原理进行了理论分析, 提出了合理的解决办法及相关建议。

     

    Abstract: Various piping and cables are laid crisscross under the ground of cities and often adjacent to or intersected with underground pipelines, in addition, the soil around pipelines is very complicated, which results in large macro cell corrosion. Present corrosion protection method for urban buried pipeline is commonly adopting external corrosion protection combined with cathodic protection. According to the design of ca-thodic protection over Beijing City in Shanjing Gas Pipeline, discussions are made on such design difficulties as judging standard of cathodic protection, protective mode of sacrificial anode and a new technology of flexible anode impressed current cathodic protection, and theoretical analysis is performed based on the principle of corrosion electrochemistry and makes reasonable conclusions and puts forward relevant proposals.
