  • 摘要: 管道三层PE防腐是目前管道防腐业的新技术。结合库鄯输油管道采用的三层防腐作业线, 分析了管道三层防腐的结构、特性, 就其防腐性能、工艺流程、设备施工、质量控制、环境污染等方面与其它防腐层进行了比较, 得出结论如下: 三层PE覆盖层综合了各类覆盖层的优点, 其粘结性能、电绝缘性能、耐水及抗侵蚀性能以及机械强度和韧性等都很优良。三层PE防腐层在各种环境条件下均可使用, 既可用于陆地管道, 又可用于海洋管道。同时介绍了管道三层防腐作业线的主要设备。

     

    Abstract: Pipeline three-layer PE corrosion protection is a new technology in pipeline corrosion protection currently. Combined with the three-layer corrosion protection assembly line adopted in Korshan Oil Pipeline, the article analyzes the structure and property of the three-layer coating and compares it with other coatings in corrosion property, process flow, equipment construction, quality control and environmental pollution, etc. Conclusion shows that three-layer PE coating centers all advantages of many kinds of coatings, with excellent properties of viscosity, electrical isolation, water resistance and erosion resistance, and good mechanical strength and toughness. It can be used in various environmental conditions including terrestrial pipeline and offshore pipeline, and introduces the main equipment used in three-layer corrosion protection assembly line at the sametime.
