Probing into a suction condition for self-suction centrifugal pump used for unloading of tank car

  • 摘要: 油罐车卸槽时易产生气阻、气蚀和吸入能力不足等现象, 分析了其产生的原因, 指出只要吸入装置设计合理, 选用合适的泵或适当的输油工艺参数, 就可以避免在油罐车卸油过程中存在的不足。通过计算给出了有关图表, 为避免在气阻、气蚀条件下运行, 以及在具备吸入能力条件下进行工作提供了理论依据, 为吸入装置的设计与泵的选型提供了方便。

     

    Abstract: Air-lock, cavitation and insufficient suction capability are liable to occur in an road tank car unloading operation. After analyzing the reason of its causing, giving reasonable design of suction unit, choosing proper pumps and suitable oil transporting process coefficient, the insufficiency in road tank car's unloading will be avoided. Relevant figure is given through calculation; it provides a theoretical basis for not running in air-lock and cavitation conditions, and working in the condition of sufficient suction capability, and offers a convenience for the design of suction unit and selection of pump.
