  • 摘要: 在建立热油管道停输与再启动过程数学模型的基础上, 采用数值方法和混合语言编程技术, 成功地开发了热油管道停输与再启动过程模拟计算软件SARP, 解决了热油管道停输与再启动过程预测的技术难题。软件用户界面友好, 使用方便, 数据输入简便, 可用于热油管道正常运行工况、停输过程及再启动过程输油参数和土壤温度场的模拟计算。通过与多次现场试验数据的对比, 证明SARP软件计算结果可靠, 可用于指导输油生产。

     

    Abstract: Based on a mathematical model for hot oil pipeline's shutdown and restart process, a calculation soft- ware SARP simulating hot oil pipeline's shutdown and restart process has been successfully developed, which solves a technical problem for forecasting hot oil pipeline's shutdown and restart process. The software has friendly user's interface, is easy to use and facilitated for data entering, it is capable of simulating calculations for normal running hot oil pipeline, shutdown process and restart process as well as soil's temperature field. By comparison with on-site data repeatedly, it is proved that the SARP software is able to give reliable calculation results and can be used to instruct oil transportation production.
