Abstract: This paper deals with the rheological properties of Ugin crude oil modified with pour point depressant. The pour point of Ugin crude oil is 33℃ and its viscosity is 2 475 mPa ·s at 25℃ and 35 s^-1 shear rate. When it mixed with the GY pour point depresant developed by the Pipeline Science Research Institute of CNPC, the temperature decreased from 10. 5℃ and its viscosity is 84. 4 mPa ·s at the same condition.
