输气管道内防腐涂料耐蚀试验研究
A Study on Kesternich Test of Internal Anti-corrosive Coatings in Gas Transmission Pipeline

摘要: 为了解决天然气输送管道的内防腐问题, 对环氧耐温涂料(H87)、改性漆酚环氧涂料(ZY)、气卤管道涂料(E-1)、重防腐涂料(EP)、漆酚钛螯合高聚物涂料(QT)等5种涂料, 在人为相应输气管道的环境下, 进行了室内强化耐蚀试验, 并分别列出了试验结果。通过试验得出三点结论: ①5种涂料都能达到各自的指标, 性能相差无几; ②在高压条件下静态防腐的性能都不理想; ③EP重防腐涂料在10 MPa压力条件下, 气态介质防腐性能较好。Abstract: In order to resist the internal corrosion in gas transmission pipeline, enhanced Kesternich tests on five anti-corrosive coatings have been carried on in laboratory under the conditions of simulated gas transmission surroundings and the experimental results have been listed. Three results are obtained: (1)five coatings can all meet their standards with almost same corrosion resistivity; (2)their static corrosion resistivity under high pressure are far less than expected; (3)under the pressure of 10 MPa, EP coating material with vapour phase medium is more effective.
