  • 摘要: 焊接作为管道施工中的一个重要工序, 其质量的好坏直接影响管道的寿命和输送油气的安全。从现场施工情况分析, 焊接的内部缺陷主要有未焊透、未熔合、夹渣和气孔等几种。为消除焊接缺陷, 提高焊接质量, 按照有关焊接理论并结合现场的实际施工情况, 对以上四种内部缺陷产生的原因及其影响因素进行了分析, 并提出了一些解决方法。这些方法在工程施工中, 对问题的解决起到了积极作用, 也收到了良好的效果。同时, 在此基础上为今后的管道焊接施工提出了几点建议。

     

    Abstract: As an important procedure of pipeline construction, the welding quality will directly influence the pipeline's service life and safety. Based on the analysis of site welding, the main welding defects are lack penetration, lack fusion, slag inclusion and porosity. According to some relative welding theories and bonding to the actual conditions of construction site, some analyzing work have been done on the four kind defects occured and influencing factors. Some eliminating methods are provided in order to eliminate the defects and enhance the welding quality. By means of these methods, some good results have been received. At the same time, some proposals for future pipeline construction have been put forward.
