轮南首站管道弯头爆裂的力学分析

Mechnical Analysis of Pipeline Elbow Explosion of LunNan Terminal Station

  • 摘要: 对轮库输油管道轮南首站的Φ720×8 mm管道弯头发生的爆裂进行了力学分析, 分析采用了有限元法。分析与计算结果表明, 弯头爆裂时的0.04 MPa工作内压不是爆裂的因素, 而是由于温差的作用, 在弯头处产生较大的弯矩, 继而引起较大的弯曲环向应力。当温差超过一定值时, 由它所引起的弯曲环向应力使管道弯头焊缝爆裂。

     

    Abstract: A 720×8 mm pipeline elbow of LunNan terminal station was exploded in February 1996. At that moment, the internal pressure of pipeline was about 0. 04 MPa, which could not make the welding crack explode. The Finite Element Method is employed to analyze the pipeline elbow of LunNan terminal station in this paper, showing that the bending hoop stress of elbow was induced on account of the effect of the temperature difference. Once the temperature difference was higher than a certain number, the bending hoop stress induced by it made the welding crack of pipeline elbow explode.
