Some Problems on the Transportation Process under the Low Throughput

  • 摘要: 基于管道的低输量特性, 就管道特性的计算、清蜡周期及清蜡方式的选择、改性输送热力工况及降凝剂经济注入量的确定等问题进行了讨论, 并推荐了考虑析蜡潜热的热力计算简易算法及选取D0K值的经验公式。指出了: ①改性输送宜采用控制出站温度的热力方式, 同时以末站测试凝点以上3℃为允许的最低进站油温; ②当管内壁凝油结蜡持续增厚, 出现输量降低、压力升高的背离趋势, 并且出站压力达到允许值的90%时, 必须对管道清蜡, 清蜡方式应根据热力工况而定。

     

    Abstract: Some problems about the transportation process of long distance oil pipeline under the low throughput have been discussed in the paper. These problems discussed include the hydraulic calculation of pipeline, paraffin removing period and the method of paraffin removal, thermal conditions of transportation under the condition of modification as well as the determination of economical volume of pour point depressant injected. The paper recommended simple equations which considered wax precipitation and latent heat, and the value of equivalent diameter and the total heat transfer coefficient.
