湿天然气输送管道流体组成分布规律研究
The Distribution Law of the Fluid Composition along the Wet-gas Pipelines

摘要: 在湿天然气管输工艺计算中, 沿线不同管段流体组成的分布规律是个有待解决的问题。通过分析, 认为管段持液率不同及相间滑脱是管段流体组成变化的两个原因。由于气液两相流管道一般存在相间滑脱现象, 所以稳态工况下各管段组成也是变化的。通过建立计算管段内沿线组成变化的模型方程, 对持液率进行了分析计算, 指出持液率的变化取决于湿天然气组成、输送压力、温度和管段倾角。讨论了管段内流体组成的变化对气液相流速、温度分布和压力的影响, 流体组成变化对沿线液体相速度分布有较大影响, 而对压力、温降计算影响很小, 并通过算例予以验证。Abstract: For the technical calculation of wet gas transportation, the distribution law of composition along the pipelines is still a question to be solved. This paper analyzes the factors which effect the distribution of composition and develop the model to calculate the mole fraction of each component in different segments. The influence of the composition distribution on the pressure, temperature and velocities is discussed. Finally, the conclusions given in the paper are verified by the calculation results.
