ZSBP Shuttle-type Rupturing Protection Device

  • 摘要: 文中介绍了一种ZSBP梭式爆破保护装置,该装置与气、液联动紧急截断阀相比,其优点是造价低、响应速度可以调整、关闭严密、密封性好、流阻小、安装方向不限及安装环境不限,根据需要可装有清管器结构。阀芯采用不锈钢材料,使用寿命长,安全可靠。当输送流体管道发生爆裂事故时,ZSBP梭式爆破保护装置在管道上游可自动关闭,使流体终止向事故点流动,从而起到保护作用。经过一系列模拟试验,达到了设计指标。

     

    Abstract: The paper presents ZSBP shuttle-type rupturing protection device which is characterized by low cost, adjustable response speed, tight closing, good seal, low flow resistance, unlimited mounting direction and environment in comparison with linkage emergency cut-off valve for gas and fluid. If necessary, a pigging equipment may be provided. The valve core is made of stainless steel. It follows that the valve has long service life, safety and security performances. As soon as the fluid explosive accident of the fluid delivery pipe takes place, ZSBP shuttle-type rupturing device installed at advanced position of the delivery pipe will shut down automatically and prevent fluid from flowing to the accident position, acting as protection. It has been demonstrated that the design specifications are satisfied through a service of simulation experiments.
