车载油罐热管式原油加温装置的研制与应用

The Development of Application of Heat Tube Heating Device for the Road Oil Tanker

  • 摘要: 在寒冷地区冬季,油田原油在拉运过程中不易卸油,利用发动机尾气余热作为热源,采用高效传热的热管作为传热元件制造原油加温装置,在车辆行驶过程中,间接加热罐内油品。通过对有内热源的车载油罐的传热分析,建立数学模型、求解微分方程,得到罐内油品随时间变化的计算公式,由运行实测值与理论计算结果的对比分析得出,该加热装置的采用可有效地防止罐内油品的凝固,既节省了能源,又提高了运输效率。

     

    Abstract: Crude oil is difficult to unload during transport in cold region in winter. The paper introduces a heat pipe type heating device for road tanker. The heating process is taking the tail gas of the vehicle as a heat source and adopting the heat transfer elements to heat the oil indirectly during travelling. By analyzing the heat transfer of the tanker with a internal heating source, a mathematic model is established and the calculating equations of the oil changing with time have been obtained. The comparative analysis on the actual values and computative values show that the heating device can effectively prevent the oil from solidity, which not only saves the energy, but also increases the oil delivery effeciency.
