北京地下天然气管道土壤腐蚀的试验研究

The Experimental Study on the Soil Corrrosion of Beijing Underground Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 采用现场土壤埋地试片的方法,对北京地下天然气管道的沿线土壤腐蚀性及管道腐蚀现状进行了调查研究。利用X射线衍射对碳钢的腐蚀产物进行了微观分析。根据对现场埋片形貌观察可知,裸碳钢试件的腐蚀分为较均匀的腐蚀和非均匀的溃疡状麻坑及近圆形蚀坑。除材料自身夹杂等因素之外,发生土壤腐蚀还与土壤理化性能及土质结构有关。试验结果表明,由于土壤具有多相性、多孔性和不均匀性,是一种复杂多变的电解质,加上土壤各性能参数之间的内在联系极为复杂,因此土壤腐蚀性质是上述诸因素联合作用的结果。

     

    Abstract: The corrosion property of carbon steel has been investigated by the buried coupons along the natural gas pipeline in Beijing. The corrosion products has been analyzed by x-reaction. The corrosion morphology of the bare steel coupons can be-divided into the general corrosion and localized corrosion including ulcer spotting and round hole. Except for inclusion in material, the corrosion behavior is related to the physical-chemical property and the structure of soil. The soil is a complicated medium for its polyphase, porous, in-homogeneous and the complex of inter relationship among parameters, so the corrosion property of the carbon steel coupons is the result of cooperating action of many parameters.
