Abstract: As the size of the storage tanks are larger and larger, there will be more and more large lattice dome roof tanks. The erection difficulty to this kind of tank greatly increases due to its specific structure. Adopting the hydraulic lift upsidedown erection method to this tank is safe and cost-effective, especially those large size lattice dome roof tanks. The paper introduces the technological principle of the hydraulic lift upsidedown erection method of the large size lattice dome roof tank and its erection procedure, machines and tools, and installation procedure as well as its technological feature.
