  • 摘要: 采用地下水封石洞储存原油是油气储存的重要发展方向, 黄岛地下洞库是我国目前唯一库容为10×104m3以上的地下水封石洞油库, 因该油库是不易检修的永久性工程, 所以在施工中需要解决很多方面的问题, 最重要、技术性最强、安全隐患最大的就是浸没油泵及裂隙水泵的安装。概述了地下洞库的储油原理及浸没油泵、裂隙水泵的结构特点。对泵的安装过程进行了详细的叙述。该洞库的投产运行, 为我国的石油储存技术积累了丰富的实践经验。

     

    Abstract: It is prospective to use underground rock cave as storage for oil and gas. Huangdao underground storage is the only oil and gas storage with a capacity of over 105 m3 in China. There are a lot of problems to be solved in cave construction, because the underground storage is a perpetual and hard to maintain. The most important, complicate and perilous problem is the installation of the underground submersing pump and clearance pump. This paper describes the storage principle of underground grotto and the construction characteristics of submersing pump and clearance pump, and describes the installation of the underground submersing pump in details. It is considered that the operation of the underground storage can offer an effective way for domestic oil storage.
