Study of Processing Scheme of Rich Gases from Crude Oil Stabilizer

  • 摘要: 为了减少油气资源的浪费, 充分利用油气田中的富气气量小、压力低、地点分散等特点, 对原油稳定富气的轻烃回收工艺方案进行了研究。通过工艺计算和大量的参数对比选择, 提出了合理的轻烃回收方案, 并指出使丙烷的液化率大于80%, 其适宜的增压范围为0.8~1.8MPa, 适宜的冷凝温度为-10~-30℃; 而增压为0.8MPa, 制冷温度为-20℃是合理的轻烃回收方案。

     

    Abstract: To decrease the waste of the oil-gas resources, and make use of the small flow, low pressure and distributing gases, the paper has carried out the research of the methods of recovering light hydrocarbons about the rich gases from crude oil stabilizer. By technological calculation and a great deal of parametric contrast, a reasonable scheme of recovering light hydrocarbons from the rich gases is proposed. It is to say, when the liquefied rate of propane is more than 80 %, the reusable enhancing pressure is 0.8~1.8 MPa. The reasonable condensation temperature is -10~-30℃, when the enhancing pressure is equal to 0. 8 MPa, the rational refrigeration temperature is -20℃.
