对管道输油生产系统热电结合的研究

A Study on the Energy Saving of Oil Pipeline System

  • 摘要: 基于目前我国长输管道原油加热消耗高品质能源, 造成能源浪费的事实, 提出了管道输油生产系统热电结合的生产方式。根据输油生产实践及石化行业炼制工艺的热电结合方式, 可知输油生产实行热电结合在技术上是可行的。用热平衡、㶲平衡的理论方法, 对耗能情况进行了分析, 指出要实行热电结合, 必须遵循一定的原则, 即以热定电原则、耗能品种优先原则、经济规模原则, 并对热电结合的方式方法进行了阐述。通过对三种工况下的经济分析、评价, 可知输油生产实行热电结合, 在经济上是合理的。

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of thermal equilibrium and exergy equilibrium, the energy consumption of-the oil pipeline system has been analyzed. It is pointed out that adopting the heating-electricity incorporation method must follow the certain principles, including "on or off" the power based on the heating, heating the oil with coal and the economic scale. The paper describes the heating-electricity incorporation mehod. Through the economic analysis and evaluation on the three operation conditions of pipeline system, it is considered that the method is reasonable in economy.
